China Hotel, ubicado en el corazón de la cultura turística de Guangzhou, está a solo unos pasos de dos parques icónicos, el Parque Yue Xiu y el Parque del Lago Liu Hua, lo que brinda un ambiente... segunda vez que me hospedo aquí, todo perfecto. esta vez me toco una habitación que no tenia un aire acondicionado funcional (no calentaba). pero no me importó tanto. estoy seguro de que si lo hubiera comentado en recepción me habrían cambiado de habitación sin problema. En general este hotel ofrece la mejor atención que me han dado en un hotel en cualquier parte del mundo. Cerca del metro y del parque Yuexiu, el memorial de Sun yat sen, el museo del rey Nanyue. tiene Starbucks, burger king, dominos pizza, y cruzando hay una plaza donde no se si siga un supercito donde puedes comprar unas coronitas. Excelente.

Upon arrival, we had thought we lost our bag in the taxi, and we contacted the staff. Galen, a young staff, persistently tried to help us out. He even agreed to help us call a taxi driver to see if the bag was in the taxi. He was very empathetic, and he was very candid about where he thinks the bag was. So, without giving up, we contacted a taxi driver, and we were able to actually retrieve the bag in the trunk, despite what the taxi driver had said initially. Because of Galen, it made the rest of us stay a lot more memorable. He even went out of his way to be personable as well, and this is the kind of experience we look for in a high-end hotel. A personalized help. And because of this experience, we look forward to coming back and staying at this hotel in the future.
