Excellent bedroom and bathroom size, plus facilities and local decor, cleanliness and tidy - inside in the room and throughout the hotel. The breakfast is amazing (and we have travelled to many places to compare) - it has excellent spacious seating, modern and local decor, and the variety and selection of breakfast is top class with local cultural cuisines and international, plus make your own style egg and paratha omelette. Location is superb - immediately overlooking the waterfront corniche, chinatown, museum and all the excellent eateries along waterfront and Kuching area. Hotel is directly linked to a great compact shopping centre (Merdeka Plaza) with many food, drink, clothing etc etc with great prices and variety of local cuisines. Excellent value for money with the offer that the hotel had on booking.com

My family and I liked everything about the accomodation, very clean and big tv screen as everything is new and pleasant. We really loved the welcoming print on our tv screen with our names on it. I loved every bit of my Asian food, laksa sarawak and the juices were made perfectly.Fantastic. Staffs are helpful too. Thank you.

The hotel is still in the renovation phase; it was clearly indicated on the website. At 11 am, we were able to enter the room as compensation for the noise from the construction works. We thought that being on the 10th floor and having a room on the 6th would be tolerable, but the noise turned out to be quite significant. We reported it to the reception and were given an upgrade to the 2nd floor. Blissful room, tastefully renovated, super clean. The breakfast with a view of the Saramak River was perfect; freshly squeezed pineapple, carrot... everything was warm, crispy, with discreet and professional staff, and a large, well-maintained pool, all overlooking the Kuching waterfront. After many rooftop swimming experiences, this spacious pool surrounded by a beautiful garden was a breath of fresh air.

Boasting 5 dining options and an outdoor pool, Pullman Kuching is set atop Hills Shopping Mall and is a 5-minute walk to Kuching Waterfront. Free WiFi is accessible from the guests' rooms.
