A deciding factor for many people, apart from the price, is usually luxury, while neglecting the importance of excellence. This place is a textbook definition of excellence at its finest. From the moment you step into the facility with the first handshake, the staff ensures to accommodate your needs and make your stay as pleasant as possible. They are simply amazing. I appreciate every single one of you! Without you, this place wouldn’t be this special. Thank you! Not sure if pointing out specifics and explaining how good everything is would be necessary, but there is one extraordinary thing worth mentioning, the passion fruit sorbet dessert. It is the absolute perfection of flavour balance.

When we came my son was a bit sick from the flight.we we're welcomed as a family I really did feel that way and was offered everything we needed.the staff was really lovely especially the lady,she was manager of the front of the staff at the reception,I would like to say big thank you to her to Nevin,Krish and there was a few more people I couldn't remember the names.The guy that was doing decorations for celebrating 55 years of Mauritius independence with my son he was amazing!!!and especially the guy (without hair)that was giving us logical games to play his name started with Dee...but I cannot remember the rest ,the lady that was doing the face painting for my son wow!!!!!wonderful person.Also the very young guy working at the reception he was absolutely beautiful!!!.i do not want to forget the lady that was doing the massage.she deserves a medal!!!!!also a beautiful guy working at the bar in the afternoon.very lovely person.the only negative thing to say was about the guy working at the main bar allways on the mornings.he did not make a good impression to me he seemed a bit arrogant and whenever I came to order something he let me wait for a while.nobody else but him.he did smile but I could tell it wasn't honest smile.since I have been working at the hotel as well I can tell the difference.there we're a very few little little things that could be done better(for example many times we came eat at the buffet lots of things we're missing and it took time to fill them up)but nothing major. I really did enjoy my stay at C Mauritius and I will definitely come back.and I would definitely recommend this hotel for a holiday!!!thank you guys again we had a lovely time!!!!!

The friendly & attentive staff, delicious & healthy food choices, the best breakfast & dinner buffet I’ve ever eaten, best gym facilities with welcoming staff, beautiful & relaxing beach set up, amazing spa, clean & spacious hotel room, views, free water sports & boats. I accidentally left a bag at Lux with souvenirs. I contacted them and managed to have my belongings recovered & even delivered across the island. Special thanks to Anwar for personally delivering. I could go on & on. We are repeat guests. Last year we stayed 3 nights, this year we were wiser with experience and booked a full week to fully enjoy & appreciate everything. Thank you!!!

The most beautiful experience I had so far. Now I understand why people pay the buck for the resorts like this. If you haven't tried spending your vacation in a luxurious resort, then try it and you will understand. One of the most beautiful coastlines in Mauritius, the oceanfront suite was just superb. Waking up to that beautiful sunrise and walking to a balcony looking at the postcard view, it's just mind-blowing. The staff is so polite. You even have your own butler :) wow. He's coming to your door at lunch and evening, asking if everything is all right and helping you with anything. The colonial-style architecture is just so cool. Loved every minute of the stay. It was actually the last 1 week of our 3-week vacation in Mauritius, and it was the best decision to leave it at the end of the vacation. We even took a 1,5 hour massage treatment from the spa area after the check-out, before driving to the airport :)

It absolutely cannot get better than this - pure luxury and exceptional services. While the hotel is carefully groomed, with well-designed rooms, top notch amenities, and exquisite food and products - what truly stands out with the One & Only Le Saint Gérant is its people. The staff and management truly go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed, comfortable, respected and frankly spoiled! Surprises, presents and personalized treats were provided at any moment of our stay. To name a few great people: we were thrilled by all the personalized services provided by Prunella and Kiran making sure we got all the right restaurant and activities bookings (up to an extra portion of cannelé in the room!). Ashwin at the gym is absolutely wonderful and extremely professional in his personal fitness coaching services (even in the case of injury recovery!). Vinod at La Pointe makes the best margaritas and pisco sour and truly is a wonderful host. Kenny organises and guides the best diving tours on the island with zero compromise on safety. We came for a very short stay, but one thing is sure - we are definitely coming back, and this time for longer.

Large and spacious, super nice interior design, clean, friendly & helpfull staff, very nice streets!

Our aim was visiting the island. Position is perfect for such purpose. If you want to spend your time at the beach of the hotel and enjoy swimming I guess the sea is more attractive in other part of Mauritius. Services, rooms, breakfast, dinner are outstanding. Swimming pool is beautiful. Excellent restaurants are reacheable by car.

Staff was very nice, food was good, they were very helpful in organising things for us, like a rental car or excursions. They also offered us a special dinner because we were on our honeymoon and decorated our room with roses and champagne. The resort is very nice because it’s small and intimate.
