Everything is perfect. All of the staffs are so nice & kind. They are one of the sweetest people on earth! The aroma of the hotel is so good! Best arrival into hotel, have ever had. Choice of drinks - not the typical fizzy alcohol or sweet juice. For example sparkling water and they bring a large bottle and then bring the arrival admin to you rather than doing it at reception desk. Duplex suite we had was generous - 85sq m rather than 55 sqm quoted which was just the lounge element , bedroom and bathroom above as rooms 5m? high. Service and attitude from staff excellent.

this hotel has an amazing staff - they are all so kind and service oriented - they make their best for you to have a perfect stay and I have been impressed by their truly sense of caring - breakfast is huge - they have a free shuttle to go to La Valetta - parking facility - spa - hairdresser - sport room - 2 swimming pools (one not in service at this time of the year) etc…. - and I loved the flowers and candle everywhere
