We spent the last day at this hotel before our early flight the following day. The property was very quiet, in fact we only saw 2 guests in the whole time we stayed there. We spent the day having lunch and swimming in a lovely setting. Rooms were lovely and dinner was very nice.

It was perfect for what we needed, a place to reset after a long flight. The villa was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our 1 year old loved the pool, as did we. The location isn’t walking distance to restaurants (although the hosts can arrange a tuktuk) but fernando and Rodni picked up a delicious take away for us in the evening. Thank you so much for the stay.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The amenities here are amazing. So great to chill before a big flight. They even upgraded our room as we were on our honeymoon. Virach and Rashmi were the best, always there to help. Would highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend a stay here. The hotel is on the beach with an amazing sea view. The food was good. Staff working very helpful and super nice they helped me to find a tuk tuk driver who showed me nice sights around. I like the design of the hotel and room. Bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the sea view from my room and for me there is nothing more calming than the sound of sea at night. I like that the hotel had 2 big glass water in the room as I hate plastic bottles. Nice lobby with comfortable sofa.

Dineesh made some amazing food. Always attentive and a very interesting man. All the staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. We had just hired a Tuk-tuk from tuktukrentals and Dineesh and his team insisted on giving us more training:)

- staff: everybody was super friendly & welcoming. As we were there during low season, the hotel manager Jay had the time to show us the entire Villa and we even got the chance to meet the owner and chat a bit with him which was really nice :) - location: perfect if you want to be close to the airport, either on your way back home or to acclimatise before heading to your amazing trip through Sri Lanka - foot massage: really needed after the many hikes we did over the 3 weeks and it was AMAZING, you should get one! - cats: we aleays love having pets around us :D Everything else! *.* I can't list everything as it was just the perfect way for us to end our trip. I want to mention their workshop though, we visited the girls who created all the beautiful items in the store and bought some of them for family members and friends back home. We also bought a mini tuk tuk version as a memory of our time in Sri Lanka. It was easy to get there with the tuk tuk and you can park it safely! Thank you so much to Jay & everybody for this wonderful experience, it was exactly what we needed and made our amazing trip even more special, we appreciate your work a lot! We will come back for sure when visiting Sri Lanka a second time! :)

    We booked the one-bedroom suite with a pool, and it was absolutely fantastic. The resort itself is exceptionally nice, with very friendly staff. The food was outstanding. The kids' pool and play area felt like an exclusive waterpark, which had my kids going wild. All in all its become my favourite place to relax in the Negombo area.
