The setting is marvellous. The staff cold not be more friendly, helpful and customer oriented. The cuisine is excellent. And the chef even went the extra mile to cook for us Sri Lankan delicacies, which were not on the menu.

Stunning property view, and the team is very attentive and kind. The location is amazing as you have direct access to many activities directly. Breakfast was also impeccable and the staff was extremely well. The food quality was perfect. The spa also gave us a lovely experience. Dinner is coupled with live music and a great selection of different food options.

My husband and I had an incredible stay at O2 Villas. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the service we received was top-notch. The Front Desk manager went above and beyond to accommodate any request we had, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant waiters were so nice and always had a smile on their faces, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. Thumbs up to the front desk manager and chef for accommodating my special last minute request of having breakfast with hoppers which was delicious. The rooms had an amazing smell that added to the overall ambiance of the villa. The property was so special and luxurious, the staff were impeccable and the dinner was so delicious. The location is truly unique and I cannot imagine another place like this exists in Sri Lanka. It was the perfect place to just relax and enjoy some beautiful surroundings.

We chose the hotel for its history and great restaurant references. We were pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the staff here. In other 5* hotels in Sri Lanka, guests may wear shorts to dinner, but here the dress code is followed, which we were really glad for. The hotel is really representative. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent. I am on a gluten free diet and everything was prepared for me to enjoy. A big thank you to Norbert who looked after us in the restaurant and especially dinner was a real highlight. In the morning we went for a walk among the tea plantations and visited a small tea museum. If we had not booked another hotel for our sightseeing tour of Sri Lanka, we would have stayed another night. We will definitely be back again.
