We had a wonderful stay at Neptune Rianta. The accommodation was perfect, beautiful tented accommodation overlooking the river, woken by hippos every morning. The staff were outstanding, friendly and efficient, in particular, Daisy our wonderful waitress, Daniel our friendly butler and Daniel our masai safari guide who was incredibly knowledgeable and exceeded our expectations in every way. Daniel ensured we found every animal, providing us with detailed information and was so much fun to be with!

We had a great time at Mara River Camp and I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here. The camp has luxurious tents right on the Mara River - hippos, crocodiles and giraffes - to name just a few - can be observed right from your own terrace. But the really special thing about this camp is the dedicated and friendly team! I have never felt as welcome in an accommodation as I did at Mara River Camp - Joseph in particular is one that you can't help but fall in love with straight away. But the whole team is simply great and is redefining hospitality. The food and the first-class game drives complete this perfect experience. We'll definitely be back! Everything was just perfect! The food was cooked by five different chefs and each dish was amazing. The lodge has a great location, so the game drives were super enjoyable. The staff were all so lovely, warm and helpful — we felt really well taken care of. The rooms were spotless and had everything we could possibly need. We had such a wonderful time here — thank you for making it so special!
