It is new, beautiful, the people are amazing esp the guys at the restaurant and doctor Voskanyan, so kind and compassionate
If you come to Armenia, go to Jermuk and stay in in this hotel. Highly recommended

Very nice and helpful staff, very nice room, comfortable beds, free parking, nice location, amazing swming pool and warm jacuzzi, modern facilities, hotel was luxury. The best was the staff on the bar which prepared for us some stuff and delivered it even to our room!

Once in a lifetime experience, specially for a westerner. We were teleported into Soviet era sanitarium experience but with absolutely modern and luxurious facilities. The whole experience was pleasantly absurd, if that makes sense.

A wonderful place to relax and restore your health. We had a large room and a huge bathroom. Excellent wellness procedures, wonderful staff (both in the reception and in the spa center) - caring, friendly, extremely kind and genuinely communicative. An amazing chef - he always prepared extremely delicious food, took care of his guests and was pleasant to communicate with. Absolute recommendations! 😍
