I want to thank the reception for the welcome... simply professional and amazing, the receptionist named Muhammad Shahin received us in a courteous and professional manner, explained everything to us properly, answered all questions, explained to us about the city and answered all questions, even those not related to the hotel and accompanied and explained everything :) Well done to Muhammad Shahin and the hotel. We really enjoyed ourselves as a family, and we will return to the hotel.

I was given upgrade to suit room. The hotel is very well maintained including all facilities (gym, pool). The food was also good.

Located in the desert of Al Ain city, Telal Resort Al Ain features outdoor swimming pool, wellness centre and variety of outdoor activities. Green Mubazzarah hot springs are 35 minutes away by car.

located in the desert between the dunes, nice pool, lots of activities to choose from, beautiful spa area, there is a small river, waterfall and fountains in the middle of the main building, amazing view from the room with very nice interior and outside area were you can relax - an excellent place to stay for activities in the desert and to relax in one go

We made a stop at Al Ain, and stayed a night at this resort. The place is beautiful, clean, had a very comfortable room, there is a beautiful temperature controlled pool that enables every guest to swim even in winter, and there is also a spa(extra charge), a gym, a playground for children, tennis courts and more. Staff is very cordial and helpful I definitely recommend this place

we had a lovely stay, the suite was spacious & clean, the staff were very friendly. the hotel restaurant was superb. Al Ain mall was walking distance. it’s a very family friendly hotel.
