I would also like to express my gratitude to the entire hotel staff, who were extremely kind, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Their exceptional service made us feel truly welcomed. The hotel itself is fantastic, with a private beach and an excellent location, close to shopping malls and other attractions. Staying at this hotel truly feels like living in a dream. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and outstanding hospitality, especially from Mr. Ramesh at the reception. Each moment spent here was a continuation of that dream. The room was perfect—isolated for privacy, with a stunning view (Pool and Entertainment Area). The restaurant and facilities were exceptional, and the hotel’s location was ideal for me. The pools and overall design of the hotel added to the experience, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The supportive staff were present everywhere, making our stay even more enjoyable. I am still amazed at the value for money; this is a 7-star hotel offered at the price of a 3 or 4-star establishment. Perfect hotel. I travel around the world and stay in many hotels, but here I get the highest ratings. Respect. Perfect room. There are no deficiencies. Gentle, quiet cleaning when there are no guests in the room, and at least twice. Breakfast and dinner with a huge selection. What is important and unusual is free drinks, water, coffee and squeezed juices with dinner. There are 4 types of sunscreen on the beach, unlimited drinks, towels and help with getting to the beach. It is worth adding that we rented 5 different rooms in this hotel and each of us was delighted. And live flowers add a special charm to this hotel. Really perfect.

I would definitly return to the Staybridge Suites (Doha Lusail by IHG) when the opportunity arises. The staff, particularly Syrine and Chadi, is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location (Lusail Marina), the accommodation is luxurious, and the breakfast - especially the croisant, is one of the best in Doha. Anyone searching for comfort, convenience, and first-rate service should absolutely stay at this hotel, in my opinion.

Upon our arrival, Juan greeted us warmly—friendly, youthful, yet precise in his welcome. The room was beautiful and spacious, and the breakfast was absolutely divine. In the evening, there was a small misunderstanding with the taxi, which was my fault, but Sandra at reception handled the situation calmly and professionally resolving everything and expertly upselling us by guiding us to the bar. There, Margarita took over and dazzled us with the secret cocktail menu. Upon our departure, Ádám assisted with check-out, also greeting us with a big smile and helpful attitude. We thank the entire team and congratulate the management—this was an unforgettable experience, and we will definitely return.

This hotel is out of this world beautiful, modern, and overall spectacular. From the lobby with its record breaking chandelier to the modern technology used in the rooms, elevators, bathrooms, gym. Outdoor swimming pool has a spectacular view of the building and is very quiet and relaxing. Rooftop bar view is breathtaking! Bonus points for allowing Fairmont guests to use all the facilities of the Raffles hotel in the second tower for free. This place is the future Burj al Arab, in a few years room rates here will be thousands of EUR/USD!
