This was our first stay on Moorea. We were in awe when we walked in. It was difficult to find at first, but once there, we traveled the island on scooter and found our way easily. The view was spectacular, with sunrise from the bed or balcony each morning. Private beach not really good for snorkeling, but easy to get to Temae beach. We did not get breakfast as did some other reviewers, but that was not a problem. The bed was comfortable and the outdoor bathroom was perfect! Frederique was friendly. Eat at Motu Grill next door. It is fantastic!

The bungalow has an easy-to-access parking, a terrace and a pool with spectacular views of Temae Beach and Tahiti. It was very well equipped, especially the bed, which was super comfortable and large, and the bathroom was very spacious. Temperature was great, and everything was very clean. Tevaite & Cedric were incredible hosts very welcoming and extremely pleasant and attentive to us. They recommended places and restaurants on the island, showed us aspects of the local culture, and even lent us snorkeling equipment! Unfortunately, we could only stay for 3 days, but we would have stayed 10! We definitely recommend this place. If you come to Moorea, don’t hesitate to stay at this Happy Bungalow! Absolutely everything, perfect stay. The lodge is absolutely beautiful - 10/10. We stayed at the Hilton and Sofitel while on the island but this lodge scored the highest for us on great value and friendly stay. Things we liked - • comfy bed • great, large balcony with nice chairs • well equipped, clean kitchen and bathroom • extremely clean • FREE pick up and drop off from port - which is very expensive in French Polynesia • most friendly, kind and helpful owners • idyllic garden • lovely owners with help you organise tours, trips and things to do on the island • great location on the island - minutes walk from great restaurants, fantastic bakery, bank, supermarket, pharmacy and beach cafes • could easily stay here days / weeks!

What an amazing stay. The Apartment is beautiful, very clean, new and a lot of space and privacy. We enjoyed every minute there. Bed is comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Hina, the host is so nice and always available when you need her help. The surrounding is also perfect, there is a wild private beach just in front of the Apartment. You can hear the sound of the sea from the terrace. We will for sure remember about this perfect stay for a very long time.

I like living here very much. The house is new, well-planned and practical. The kitchen facilities are relatively complete and the air-conditioning is sufficient. It is a good choice for a seaside vacation. The landlord is very enthusiastic and helpful.
