Very very friendly staff. The owner is trying his best to make our stay confortable. The rest of the staff is also very helpful and friendly. The pictures on Booking are bad because the building is amazing and the reality is better than pictures. Very nice and big garden and very beautifull and clean pool. Room was huge and very clean. Bathroom was very nice as well.

Beautiful oasis by the river. Bungalows are comfortable, cool, and tastefully decorated. Be sure to wander on the path at dusk and at dawn to see all the birds. I would give 11/10 if I could! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Phenomenal hotel to start our holiday in Sri Lanka. The hotel is very small (5 rooms only) and every room has its own pool. We stayed in the peacock villa which is the largest I think. More than enough room for our family of 4. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The floating breakfast option was so nice, definitely recommend that!

This is a very well-run and very friendly family guest house. The hosts are so hospitable and helpful that I was quick to book a return visit. Excellent breakfasts, lovely garden and located in a pleasant, quiet area.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Regal Rivera Villa: It is a beautiful decorated and brand new boutique villa with a stunning garden area and a very nice pool. Especially if you are searching for a nice, relaxing place to get you settled before or after a long flight, we highly recommend. Everything is high standard, very clean and the staff is really friendly and attentive. We had a flight back home later on check out day and the staff was so supportive: We were allowed to stay longer, even use the pool and had a free ride to the airport - thank you very much for this, it made our last day really relaxing! Breakfast (outside in the garden) and dinner (at the dining table inside) both were really good and delicious! We 100% recommend and had a great time!

One bedroom villa was spacious and very clean. River view is second to none. Also this place is kids friendly and swimming pool is beautiful. Main highlight is dinner and breakfast. It’s very delicious. Highly recommend this place.

The place was fantastic, and we had an amazing time as a group. The swimming pool was a lot of fun, and everything was very clean. The two caretakers were extremely helpful, and the owner was kind and always available to assist. Overall, it was an amazing experience. The only minor issue was the low water pressure in the upper bathroom.
