As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.

The Hotel and staff made my 60th birthday very special. Plate of sweet treats awaited me on arrival. A room upgrade and an ice cream desert with a candle at dinner!
Beds super comfy, underfloor heating in the bathroom.
Bar meals lovely and affordable.
Staff were very helpful and understanding when we needed advice about onward travel due to weather conditions.
Breakfast choices could not have been better.

We got room service when we arrived as we were tired and it was quite lovely. The hotel would do a northern lights wake up call if requested. We also really enjoyed being able to use the hot tub. My kids had this in the top two of the places we stayed (out of 6 places) which says a lot!

Our room was located in the sub street level floor, but despite this, and being advertised as "room with no view" we had ull sized windows that let in so much light.
The bed was amazing, the crib was perfect.
The in hotel restaurant, albeit quite pricy, was great with a simple, yet varied menu, and lovely staff. The food tasted delicious.
