This house is simply amazing. Spacy, comfortable. We were five adults and there was lot of space for everybody. The bonus is hot tube. The place is perfect for exploring the south part of Iceland. This place is also perfect for watching Aurora in the night. Helga, the owner is very kindly and helpfull, she gave to us several advices.

We stayed in this rental for the first time and it was absolutely incredible! The location is ideal and the accommodation is clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Wonderful and well equipped cottage in a wild and remote location. Great for aurora observation (if lucky!). Clean and wide and panoramic.  Strategic location to visit Fludir and golden circle remaing away from crowds and pullmanns. Very helpful staff (we had a small problem with the car). Unfortunately we had no time for the hot tube (biggest regret of the whole holiday!!).

This little piece of Eden is situated in the middle of nowhere, yet it's extremely easily approachable. Beautiful calm environment, with direct view of the Aurora (when it happens of course). It was very clean and calm, especially the slow mornings with the sunrise. The house is on flat area, so it's easy to maneuver, but you're surrounded with mountains, so the view is great. The colors of the sun in this part of the countryside was truly beautiful.

Great cottage in a very peaceful location. It has fully equipped kitchen and outside grill where we could easily prepare all food. Cottage was clean and warm. Hot water in the shower didn't have any smell, which happens in other places in Iceland.

    We traveled with 2 teenagers. Very good contact with the host before arrival and on site- we received very accurate information about check-in and address. The apartment is well equipped, we lacked nothing. Worth recommending.

    Very nice staff. Best features for our 3 kids: a well-kept football ground (lawn) and a inflatable jumper. The swimming pool or better swimming bath was closed due to renovation. Riding possibility nearby.
