We really enjoyed our stay here! The reception staff and concierge were very friendly and professional – the concierge even arranged a great trip to the Great Wall with an English-speaking driver, which made everything so easy. The hotel offers beautiful views from the higher floors, a nice pool and spa, and even a robot that delivers items to your room – our kids absolutely loved that! Best of all, the hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall, so when it rained or got too hot outside, we had food, shops, and entertainment literally inside the hotel.
