Simon is an amazing host . He picked us from airport and showed us around the island. We didn’t hire a car so without him it would be so hard to get around the island. He’s also very knowledgeable about the island . We’ve went on a ride and he talked about each village, some famous for crab , some famous for rugby players.

Location was fantastic, only 200m walk to great snorkelling. Views from the balcony were stunning!

We booked the waterfront villa so the view to the sea was amazing. A really comfortable room with a lot of space. There were free bikes that we used to explore the island or go to the mini market and the atm. There were also free kanoes. Amazing place.

Surrounded by lush coconut trees, the entire house exudes a peaceful charm. One of the highlights of our stay was the close proximity to the beach—just a short walk away. It’s hands down one of the best beaches we’ve ever visited, with pristine sands and crystal-clear waters that made every moment there magical. The house is fantastic—spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped to provide a cozy and comfortable experience. The cool sea breeze and the thoughtful layout of the house ensured we were always comfortable. It’s clear that Vaa and Joliene have put great effort into making Are Kapakapa a home away from home for their guests. Another highlight of our stay was exploring the fruit trees around the property. The coconuts were a delightful treat, perfect for a refreshing snack after spending time at the beach. Every aspect of Are Kapakapa reflects the love and effort that Vaa and Joliene pour into their hospitality. The combination of the peaceful atmosphere, thoughtful amenities, and personal touches made our stay truly special. The house was fully equiped to cater for everything you need from a fully equiped kitchen as well as laundry wash/dry is an awesome bonus to have while on work/holiday

Kura was such a fantastic host. Attentive, helpful, friendly and always willing to assist us with lifts, local advice, sorting us out with a scooter etc. Just next level. The property was also wonderful. Clean and kitted out with everything you could want, and the location was ideal too. Will 100% return here when we are next on Aitutaki. Thank you Kura!
