Everything was perfect! Beautiful antique hotel! The host were really great and kind and they provided us with everything we needed. Even helped set a table for us on the terrace to relax and chill. Location is perfect as it’s close to the train station.

The location is great. It's 15-20 mins drive to Lucern city center. We don't like staying in the busy area so it is perfect for us. It's true that there is no AC but there are 2 strong fans which are good enough. It's also true that there are mosquitoes so it's better not to open the window during night. But we managed to stay at our expectation.

Wonderful hotel at an exceptional location directly at the lake shore, and while on the outskirts of Lucerne with a frequent bus connection that takes one to the center in about 10 minutes, with the bus stop right outside the hotel. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet, large rooms with view onto the lake.
