Really cosy rooms, extraordinary tasty meals and exciting stories. The place is a little far from the Sevan lake, but you can take a scenic walk in the mountains and find your way down to the water and it's really worth it. The hosts are kind and hospitable people doing immense work on supporting and restoring the local community and cultural traditions. I'll definitely consider Etiuni for future trips to Sevan.

We were a group of people visiting Sevan for business purpose. Hotel Louvre had everything we needed and even more. The host went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is great, right in from of the lake, the only problem is the road to reach the hotel, but it’s worth it. The staff is very helpful, they have a contact of a restaurant that delivers food. The view is very nice. There’s nothing around , so if you need anything you need to have a car or call a taxi.

we had the best stay ever. the host was the kindest and very helpful. He helped us to get to the monastery and he was always available and ready to help us. we ordered food from a local restaurant for a very affordable price and they delivered it right at our door. the place is very clean. we really loved our stay here. we recommended it! 10/10!
