This property was so close to the night time market, river and restaurants. The staff were so polite and enthusiastic to assist with any questions. The breakfast was great and the morning welcome from Hung really made us feel at home.

Everything is great about this hotel. The location is excellent - 5 min walk to Old Town. Lots of testaurants and great spas within 5-7 min walk. Excellent breakfast. We are vegetarian. Staff went out of the way to ensure we had enough things to eat The facilities including the pool - both the main pool and rooftop pool are great Staff is really friendly and very helpful. They did everything to make our stay a pleasant one. We booked two rooms - one of them was the riverview suite. It had a very nice view of the river, the main pool and the gardens. The only thing to be cautious about is that the riverview rooms and the premier rooms with town view are in distant wings, so if you book two different rooms you need to walk from one wing to another. It's only a 2 min walk, but it does mean going down one elevator, walking a bit and then talking another elevator.

Probably the best hotel we've stayed at in our travels through Vietnam. Very helpful staff, beautiful and specious room and great breakfast. Staff went above and beyond. Gave us bikes to use and very helpful recommendations. Laundry great. Close to everything.

It’s the best hostel I never been in. Shower even better than my own house, new and huge !!!! Bed confortable with your own fan ! Curtains very thick and your privacy is perfect ! Staff more than kindly and friendly !

Actually is better than the photos. Great location, 2 min walk to the river. Great service.Tam the receptionist booked tours for us,she gave us bicycles and ahe was very sweet. Room had everything you would need.

Mrs Thuy has such a beautiful, clean home 5 min walk from main street but far enough to be away from noise. Lan Uyen far exceeded our expectations. The breakfasts were delicious and ample with fresh fruits and a hot cooked breakfast daily. Mrs Thuy and her family were so welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had all the information/recommendations to guide us around the centre with ease. I would highly recommend this homestay what a great little hidden gem.
