The staff is unbeatably friendly. It is a bit far from the center but you have rental motorcycles and free bicycles. That it is somewhat remote is a plus point to relax and enjoy. They have helped us with recommendations of places, they sent us transportation to the airport, in short, I would definitely repeat.

Great Location between Hoi an and the beach. They let many bikes for the customers! As soon as we arrived, they even looked immediately for 2 little bikes for our kids and we had the 2 bikes the day after. Thanks! Great villa, clean and confortable! Great advices from Bee and Hoa : best hosts ever! (And we have been travelling for long time in many countries!). Great restaurant around. All prices (from very cheap to high standard), but all very tasty!! We loved our stay at your place ladies 😉

We loved the place, absolutely nothing to complain about. The host family was lovely and welcoming, always ready to support. The place is within walking distance to An Bang beach and other lovely places in Tra Que village, and you can use the available bikes to cycle to the old town. Communication was smooth, room was clean with amenities provided.

We only stayed here for one night but I wish we could stay longer. The hotel feels like a homestay and is very cozy. We had a room on the third floor with beautiful views over the river and rice field. The room was clean, light and spacious. The environment feels very peaceful, lots of green around and singing birds. The family that runs the place is very friendly, welcoming and will make sure your stay is comfortable. The breakfast was simple but delicious and we ate in the garden next to the pool. Overall I highly recommend it if you want to stay in a quiet area. If you have a motorbike or bicycle you can be in downtown Hoi An in less than 10 minutes. Grab taxi can also take you there.

We booked this Villa in Hoi An, located in between the old town and the beach, for a short holiday with our family. This villa is new and we absolutely love it. It has beautiful front garden, a private swimming pool (even with lights to swim in the evening), well equipped kitchen & living room (non AC but with fans), spacious beautiful decorated three bedrooms with each with its own AC, own tv including Youtube and Netflix, own bathroom (including two deep bathtubs, 3 rain-showers, shower gel/shampoo/handsoap/toothbrush). The property is guarded. We could also use the 5 bikes to explore the neighborhood. The villa was also cleaned during our 5 day stay with new towels. Special thanks to our hostess Nio, Cam and Hon. We were warmly welcomed. Happy they could arrange a transfer from airport to villa (and back or any transport with them). The first day we arrived the power was out so they arranged a stay at another nearby villa, with also a private pool. The communication went via WhatsApp, where we could made any request. They recommended various places to eat. We went even twice to Baby Mustard down the street, which we really loved (delicious food and drinks with really friendly staff). We enjoyed our stay and absolutely love it and would recommend this to everyone! ♥️

We've stayed at many places, but this one tops them all. The room was spotless and spacious, featuring a large balcony, a work desk, a fan, and perfectly clean towels. Breakfast was simple, but it did the job. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing drink. There are two bicycles available, making it easy to reach the city or the beach in about 20 minutes. The pool was also very clean.
