The staff is incredible there are really helpful :) The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is perfect with many choices ! Ms My was really caring about our stay, thanks to her ! She explained everything we can see in Hoi An and accompanied us trough the schedule of our visit.

Excellent location along the River. About 5min walk into the old town. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is small so it never felt like people were around. Room and bathroom were both excellent, good size. We enjoyed breakfast more than other hotels with optional indoor or outdoor eating. The chef made fresh eggs or pancakes, plenty of fruit, pasties etc. They also have barista coffee. We would definitely return.

The staff are the kindest and the most helpful I have ever had in my travels. They knew us by name and supported us with everything we needed. Staff helped us book tickets for the Hoi A Memories show and the Bamboo circus. We had several treatments at the spa which were well priced and an excellent service. Very relaxing. Room was big, clean with a comfy bed. Big shower and clean bathroom. Walk is about 20 minutes into town or the hotel has a shuttle bus or staff can help you order a taxi which always came in a few minutes, the taxis were very well priced ($3 USD to get into town). Would highly recommend the hotel.
