I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The front desk team was professional, always greeting me with a warm smile and ready to assist with any request. Check-in was quick, and the staff offered helpful advice about nearby attractions and local dining, making my trip even more enjoyable. The room was cleaned daily, always spotless and tidy, giving me a comfortable feeling every time I returned. Breakfast was diverse, offering a great selection of delicious Vietnamese and Western dishes, suitable for both local and international guests. The hotel’s location is excellent – just a few minutes’ walk to the Temple of Literature and right in the city center, making it easy to reach other famous landmarks. I am truly satisfied with the service quality here and will definitely come back on my next trip to Hanoi. I will also recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming, always ready to assist with any needs or help book tours and transfers. The location is perfect, with all major points of interest easily reachable on foot. Although we couldn’t have breakfast due to an early morning departure, the staff kindly prepared some food for us to take on the go. The rooms are beautifully decorated, featuring comfortable beds and a quiet atmosphere, ensuring a great stay.

The apartment was perfect with everything on hand if you wished to cook. Numerous cafe's close by and a shopping mall within a 20 minute walk. The old quarter is only a 35,000vnd grab taxi away which I have stayed in many occasions. Glad I chose this apartment and the young lady on reception (Ngọc Anh) was extremely helpful many thanks. Overall worth every penny, from the housekeeping staff for the cleanliness to reception. See you again before and after my visa run.
