The hotel was above my expectations! The moment I saw the sign CQ and walked in I was like “WOW”! The location is so safe and central, the lobby is so cosy! Rooms are clean and they “go green”

I have to say, I’m really surprised by some of the negative reviews I read before staying here. My experience couldn’t have been more different. For example, I saw complaints about slow elevators, but during my stay, they worked perfectly and were always quick. Some people mentioned dirty rooms, but mine was very well-kept.
As for the staff being rude or unfriendly, I can’t imagine how anyone could feel that way. Every single staff member I met was polite and smiling. Deja, in particular, stood out — every time she spotted me, she greeted me with a big smile and a friendly wave. Little gestures like that made my stay feel extra special.
I wouldn’t hesitate to return, and I’d recommend it to anyone. Sometimes, you just have to see for yourself rather than rely on negative comments, this hotel is a great example of that!

The property is SO COOL. Excellent location - close to EVERYTHING worth seeing and great bars. Target and CVS 20 seconds away. Decently sized hidden mini fridge in the room and AMAZING shower products. Two incredible bars, fantastic coffee shop and close to great local hangouts. This Motto is the millennial dream.
