The receptionists are all well trained and friendly. Hotel location is superb, near to the Ximen Metro exit. There is no worried about carrying luggage as you can easily access the escalator at Metro exit. Personally felt thankful that we picked this hotel as our stay for 3 days as we met Typhoon Kong Rey, the hotel provides FOC laundry services and free cup noodles each night which is a value added point especially during Typhoon time. Rooms are comfortable and clean, housekeeping are in place.

We really enjoyed our hotel. Since it was centrally located we could go around in the morning and come back to rest for a bit before exploring the city again at night. There were MRT stations just outside the hotel making it easier to go around the city. There are also restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Despite its location, you can get a good night's sleep and not hear outside noise. I also liked the fact that the shower is separate from the toilet.

I loved the design aesthetic and story of the hotel, all the very cool details. They provided little gold coins which were tokens for breakfast the next day. They also had a sweets (candy) station for guests where you could help yourself to an assortment of sweets. The room was well designed, comfortable and clean. The property is located next to the MRT so it’s easy to get around and it also neighbours some great eateries, cafes, and a lovely design district.
