Milton was incredibly responsive - great clear and rapid communication Milton was also incredibly helpful - we were having issues with our flights and Milton went out of his way to help. Was also very flexible when we were making last minute changes. He also walked us to local restaurants and pointed us in the direction if cash machines 0 The room was warm and cosy, despite how cold it was in Lima, and had all the bits we needed Great breakfast

Very good location, really close to Plaza Norte (most bus companies going to Huaraz have a stop here including Cruz del Sur) and relatively close to the Airport (at night about 20 minutes by taxi, during the day more like 50). The room itself really nice with a comfy bed. Most importantly the personnel incredibly helpful.

We needed a stay while we were waiting for our next flight in the evening, so the location was close to the airport. The owner was very available and kind. We entered the flat immediately after booking it. It’s a bit older property, fairly clean with three rooms and three bathrooms. We mainly used only the living room and the TV.

There were minor problems with the water, but the hotel staff did their best to solve it, for which I thank them very much!!!! I will definitely come back here again. The hotel is located on a quiet street, next to the Tottus supermarket
