Everything was excellent, beautiful new hotel right across from Auckland airport, breakfasts were amazing everything you could want, rooms big bright and airy, when arriving at hotel at 3.30 in the morning, we asked for an early check in and were given our room key at 4am amazing, all the staff were lovely and very helpful especially young Benjiman who got us a coffee and a bite to eat, Also Martin who could not be more helpful and kind, it was that good we booked another 2 nights before our return flight to uk

Overall everything was excellent and satisfactory, the cleanness, the service, they even provide pots,plates,utensils for you to cook your meals if you feel homesick and the best part is that the location is 1-2 minutes away from different restaurants of your choice and Slyvia Park mall is right next to it. They even have car park right outside your room which is convenient and the check in and out is super easy. My next trip back to Auckland I will be glad to stay here again.

It was clean, lovely and spacious and had the main things we required for our stay. Parking was just out the back with convenient rear access. Jafar was very quick to answer any queries we had, and even offered to get us some essentials if needed as we landed on Labour Day so the shops closed earlier.
