Arthuro and Yessica we're exceptional during our stay! From accommodating us with a later check out, luggage keeping, to the friendliness, the delicious breakfast and helpful tips. The place was conveniently located near a local beach in a very safe and walkable neighborhood We stayed for a night only but to enjoy the rooftop pool! The room was small but comfortable with Ac and a little balcony, comfortable bed. The shared washroom was always cleaned and accessible

My partner and I had a great experience with our host Enrique and Enrique junior both are fantastic warm welcoming people that we enjoyed interacting with. Enrique is a great host, he's very friendly and a nice person and well informed of the areas in Cancun, PLAYA del CARMEN and TUlum for advice. The room we had was a nice big and clean bed, with nice comfy pillows and bed sheets and came with a functional A.C ( Air Conditioner), room was always fresh and cool. The washroom came with clean towels, hand liqued soap and body wash bar that smelled refreshing. Location is inside a gated community and is very safe. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff friendly, a person is at the reception 24hs. The bar had few things but done in the moment and tasted. The pool and the view are really nice. All good. The location is great to take the ferry to Isla mujeres.

I had booked a room and was looking for something closer to the beach was offered the help since before I got there by Kelly she was exceptionally awesome and the bus boy Kevin was amazing he made our stay even ever we didn't want to leave!Everyone was so nice with kindly manners and kept the place looking nice and sharp.Will be back soon and we will recommend this place to anyone traveling to Cancun!!

There’s a 24 hour check in which is what we needed as we arrived at 5:30 in the morning. quick easy check in, nice hot shower and plenty of space.
