First time there, everything was clean and well organized, Anouar provided us with everything we needed from the very beginning. Location was great, close to everything, definitely coming back.

The host met us to hand over the keys- we signed a contract and gave more money for travel taxes. We enjoyed the location, however we wished there was hand soap, toilet paper and some bottled water. She did point us to a short walk for a shop to grab items. She was also helpful for a yummy spot for tangine and held our bags past checkout time. Overall, we would stay here again- GREAT location tucked away in a family friendly neighborhood.

Our airplane arrived late and the host was very kind to wait for us to arrive. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. We also felt very safe in the neighbourhood and there was almost no noise at night. To go into town you can walk to the mainroad and take a taxi from there to go to the city center. We came with a family with small kids and we would reccommend this property to anyone travelling with a family or without.

We loved the ambiance of this apartment. The photos don't do it justice. It's a much larger space with beautiful wood work and lovely chandeliers. It was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. The grocery store is right across the corner and there is also a cafe a minute away. The staff was extremely helpful, he came to take us inside the apartment, explained where everything was and he also printed out the boarding passes for us.

It is a 10/10 place for a very specific traveler. If you are posh and expect European style hotel, choose one of those chain all inclusive places. But if you are a traveler who wants to experience an authentic Morocco and save a lot of money, choose this place. One could say this place is basic, but for me it was a great and cheap place to come back and spend the night, as I was traveling outside and inside the city. I did not need any special facilities. I was happy to fidn it is in an authentic Morrocan neighbourhood (you could hear the local Mosque everytime), there were local friendly citizens (plus their kids shouting bonjour and waving). I'm an avid walker, so 3km+ do Koutuba and the centre of the Souk in the Medina was not a problem. I was happy to get the quthentic experience, far different from the one I had on my last stay in a 4-star all-inclusive chain hotel in Marrakech. If you're up for an adventure and want to save quite a lot of money, choose this place. Plus, there are some local shops nearby (a small food and drink stall like 50metres, and 2 BIMs (a slightly bigger convient stores) about 500m from there).

Everything is great , the staff is great , specially Hoseyn in the reception is a nice guy , welcoming , the room is clean , the food is great , i would recommend this Riad to everyone who will visit Marrakech, you will have a great time here !!!
