the location is excellent just few minutes from the station Sakuragichu, restaurants, the shopping center and the skyline cabins which lead you to the CosmoWorld. The view from our room to the Cosmo Clock 21 was fabulous. the room was clean and the air conditioner did not blow in the direction of the bed as it was important for us. The stuff was helpful. A practical and convenient hotel for tourists visiting Yokohama. My partner and I stayed briefly and found the hotel very accommodating. We were even able to check in early for a small additional fee - which allowed us to move about the city much more freely.

Hotel room was basic but spacious, comfortable and suited our short stay needs. Excellent location, walking distance to many main attractions and station. Loved the Japanese style sleeping experience. Breakfast was Japanese style, basic, but good experience.

"It was a true pleasure to stay at this magnificent hotel. The grand architecture allows you to feel the rich history of the property. The service was impeccable. We stayed in a room with a view of the bay and the vista was stunning. We also visited the main wing, where we sat and admired the beautiful trees of Yamashita Park, an unforgettable experience. We savored a delicious Japanese-style breakfast, beautifully presented, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The location couldn’t be better, with views of the bay and the Yamashita Park, and just minutes from Minatomirai, Motomachi, Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse, Yokohama Museum of Art, Chinatown, among other attractions. We spent three unforgettable days at this hotel and are truly grateful for the experience.
