The staff was very kind and helped make our stay comfortable. The food was simply incredible, and the hotel's interior and exterior were very authentic and beautiful. Bathroom on the balcony was incredibly relaxing, and it was extremely comfortable to spend time there. And, of course, the hot springs were beyond praise. It was a great place to recover. Free shuttle service from Okayama Station to the hotel and back was very comfortable and fast.

Everything. right by the station and a short walk to the castle and train museum. really spacious, modern rooms, including a desk and small seating area. the onsen was great and the breakfast was excellent quality. I had a great view of the castle from my window. the reception were really kind and friendly. I will definitely be back here.

The place is amazingly clean! We stayed in the ground floor room with a personal bathroom. It was very spacious and comfortable. We slept very well in the beds :) the location is easy to reach and even though it's on a busy road there is no noise from the road. There was also parking available and communication with the host was very smooth. I will definitely stay again next time I visit Tsuyama!
