location was great. very convenient to have the dock at the back of the hotel so the water taxi could drop us at the back door with our luggage. I was disappointed with the storage/wardrobe in our room, but after speaking to the front desk staff they moved us to a much better room & no extra charge! the breakfast was fantastic & all the staff very helpful. I’d happily recommend the Hotel Saturnia to anyone visiting Venice.

Location is superb, Saint Mark square is 2 mins walk away, literally just around the block. The staff is nice. The room was amazing. High quality interior design, comfortable bed, clean and well equiped bathroom. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel, would totally choose for longer period as well. Wi-Fi is also strong. Totally recommended!

for a couple I think this hotel is a must. the room was spotless and cute, the toilet provided all the equipment you need. I wanted a room with a balcony and they didn't hesitate to change us straight away. very helpful! you can have your drink in the evening in the hotel garden. The man who served us drinks at the bar was very helpful, the reception also always smiling and ready to help. thank you and will definitely visit again.

Excellent hotel and friendly staff. We were celebrating my husbands birthday and they helped me with ordering a birthday cake for him. The birthday cake was amazing. Nothing was to much for them. Highly recommend this hotel. Whether you go to Venice for the Carnival period or any other time of the year. Centrally situated with access to all the main visiting sites, shopping streets and restaurants. Will definitely be returning again.

The location was wonderful, the staff were fabulous and catered to our every need, we booked the Junior Suite with a jacuzzi in the room, so our trip was incredibly romantic and the room was impeccably clean and luxurious.
