I cannot fault anything about this place. We stayed in a triple room with our 5yo and everything was perfect. The room was large with a closet and a lot of storage space. The communal gym and jacuzzi were at the back with a view of the canal, which was very nice. There are spots like comunal areas very nicely decorated around the building. The staff were superb! The breakfast has many options and you can have prosecco if you want to, there is also a machine for you to make your own waffle which is a good touch. We asked for a water taxi to go to the airport and having a private boat access on the back of the hotel was the cherry on top of the cake. Don’t look for anywhere else if you are looking for a unique and special stay. I recommend and would definitely stay there again.

The staff was extremely helpful and very nice. Everyone spoke several languages (Italian, Spanish, English, French…) and gave us a full run-through of the city, writing down recommendations and tips on a map. The breakfast was delicious—while the pictures might only show bread and juice, in reality, they offer eggs, croissants sandwich (caprese, salmon, etc), several types of pastries (both savory and sweet), cheese, cold cuts, and more. The location is unbeatable, and the room, though a bit small, was comfortable. We left our luggage at check-out and picked it up later with no issues. They even calculated the best time for us to leave so we wouldn’t miss our train.

The location was perfect. We love the ambiance of Al Cordega. All the staff was wonderful. We arrived late once for the breakfast and the staff was kind enough to serve us. Laundry service was excellent.

Gala was such a sweet lady! She found us after we got to Venice and walked us to our room. On the day of our departure we were technically leaving before breakfast time but she brought us some treats to eat anyways. She walked with us to our airport water-taxi and was just such a delight. We felt so welcomed and looked after. The room itself was very classy, and the bathroom was enormous! Breakfast was a room service feast!
