Highly recommended. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and a spacious modern shower. A fabulous breakfast was served in a beautiful dining room. Great but very quiet location, close to the S. Angelo Vaporetto stop and just a few minutes from the Rialto and Piazza San Marco. The staff was polite and helpfull.

Hotel Firenze is a beautiful small hotel in an prime location it is run professionally with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are small but lack nothing. The roof top terrace is a beautiful bonus. Specially this time when the hotel arrange viewing of the redentore fireworks from there.

Staff were incredibly attentive and went the extra mile to make my stay feel extra special, giving me a tiramisu for my birthday! We also had to work briefly from the lobby so we were supplied with free freshly made tea and coffee. The welcome treats were a lovely touch as well. Hotel is off the street so reception area is nice and secluded.
