Hotel is perfectly located next to Rialto bridge and easy walking distance to other tourist attractions. Also ferry to the airport stops right across from hotel makes it easy to tconnect.
Rooms are spacious, very clean and well-equipped, also the heating works very well so you are not cold even on the cold night. Staff is very polite and friendly, I’ve got great advice on nearest restaurants and aces to visit.

Wowww this was way worth the cost. It has view of Canal (you need to stick your head outside of window but still ok) room is clean and big enough. Location is unbeatable, about 50 meters to Rialto Bridge and 20-30 meters to Canal Bus station (Rialto Station). A large bathroom.
