The Bastione Spasimo Boutique Hotel personnel were amazing! We had a misfortune and missed our flight, so we weren't able to check in at the agreed time (we arrived well past midnight), but nevertheless the personnel recorded a video just for us and sent it via WhatsApp where they explained the whole procedure of how to enter the hotel using a code, find the room keys in a locker, and navigate to our rooms. While we were stranded at the airport, lol, they prepared everything for us and even asked to leave a breakfast box for us if we planned to leave early in the morning. Rooms were modern and clean, the ceiling was spectacular, and the garden was amazing! Like a botanical garden in the city center! Unfortunately we stayed for only one night and didn't have enough time to use the pool in the garden but did manage to drink the morning coffee beside it.

The staff is very amiable, very nice and helpful. The breakfast is fabulous, in a spectacular room. The location is very good. You have water and coffee and tea in the room, every day, and it is included. Very recommendable.

We really enjoyed our stay. One one side the place had an beautyful vintage stile, but combined with a very modern bathroom. Everything was clean. Communication was good.

We had a lovely stay at Quattro Incanti. It is well located at walking distance to the historical center, but still very quiet. Even though there are bars, restaurants and even construction nearby, we could not hear anything from our room. Additionally, Alessandro was a great host, was super helpful and available and provided us great tips and recommendations for visiting Palermo. The breakfast provided was delicious and the rooftop terrace was beautiful and a great addition to our stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice and quiet place to stay in the center of Palermo.

It is a beautiful restored house with 11 bedrooms. I really loved the rooftop terrace. You did not feel like you were staying in a hotel the facilities such as the sitting room, courtyard were beautiful spaces to have a coffee read a book. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety and the coffee was excellent.
