The Villa has just few rooms, so it feels cozy. Hospitality has been great. You can get lots of useful advice the owners at any moment. The owner also helped me with parking, which is not easy (esp. if you come in a bigger /longer car). Parking garage in the end is a place is of a proper size, yet the narrow access with 90 degrees turn may not be easy (parking on the street is possible, too, although it the road is steep and not particularly wide). Breakfast was really nice with a nice selection homemade cakes and other food. The Villa is located on a private street with a code, so the traffic is minimal. It is quiet. On the other hand, it is only 10 minutes walk to the train station and the seaside promenade (and another 15 min. to the port where you can find many local restaurants (can get very busy especially during weekends; if you can, book your table in advance). It is also only few steps to a local supermarket. The rooms are spacious with well functioning air conditioning and are comfortable. Overall, good location for a trip to other picturesque ligurian small towns and villages on the cost including Portofino, which is even nicer if you decide to get there by train and boat.

Our stay at the Capitolo Riviera Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The location is fantastic—conveniently close to the train station, making it a breeze to explore the stunning Riviera. The hotel itself is a modern gem, with sleek, beautifully designed architecture and impeccable landscaping that create a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, warm, and went above and beyond to make our stay feel like home. A special shoutout to Simone, who was an absolute star! He organized a boat charter for us, which turned out to be the highlight of our trip—swimming in the crystal waters of Portofino and visiting the breathtaking sunken statue of Jesus of the Abyss was an unforgettable experience. The hotel also impressed us with their attention to detail, even ensuring our electric car was fully charged and ready to go. In an area where finding a high-quality hotel with exceptional service can be challenging, Capitolo Riviera is a true standout. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Highly, highly recommend this hidden gem.

The flat was nicer than in the pictures I think. Super clean, spacious and had everything we needed. It's located in the centre of the town, so close to all amenities and shops. The owner was nice and responsive.

The beautiful building, the view, the wonderful municipal park in front, the town, the owners were very nice and helped find the place. Instead of reading 1B I put into my Navi the number 18 and as the house is situated in a one way street you have to make quite a trip to get back to where you were.

This property is a 2-minutes walk from the sea and from the historical parks. Hotel Esperia is 100 m away from Nervi's promenade.

We felt very comfortable and were very well looked after. The hotel is in a nice quiet suburb of Genoa and within 100m of the Genova Nervi rail station with trains going into Genoa central - journey of about 2 minutes - and to La Spezia in he other direction. One very good trattoria in the township. Altogether the ideal place to stay if visiting Genoa.

very nice accommodation. can I. only recommend. Everything was very clean and the location to the beach was great. The check in and check out went great and without any problems. Those at the property were very helpful.

The apartment is very nice and clean, it has all the necessary utilities and really everything a tourist could need for a vacation in Nervi.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment is actually the basement of a family villa, yet it has enough light and air. The place is very clean, has all the modern conveniences, great WI-fi signal and very, very important for Genova- a free parking! The hosts are really kind and considerate, and the apartment is just a few metres away from the amazing Nervi park. It is a walking distance to a shopping street and there is a very convenient Carefur express market, open until 23:45! The prices is excellent, considering all of the above. We'd definitely stay there again, should we be back in Genova!
