Vincenzo the Host is one on a kind. Very Friendly, makes you feel at home and very very helpful. He gave us suggestions on Restaurants which did not disappoint. He directed us for the best places to visit during our stay. Located in the heart of Como, this residence is perfectly located within a few minutes walk from all the attractions and the train station. Rooms are very beautifully decorated and clean. Very good breakfast prepared by the host.

I am not one to post a review however this property and its owner Alessandro truly deserve it. Perfect location, excellent and comfortable spacious rooms with all amenities one may need. Alessandro (property owner) greeted us on arrival and was available to assist us with any request or advice we required. We even had a mishap that required us to stay an extra night and Alessandro insisted on not charging us for this although I offered several times. Its like we knew each other for years. Amazing chap. You deserve every success. Positively impressed.

We loved this hotel. Excellent location, near the lake and lovely restaurants. Short walk to the funicular that takes you to Brunate. Staff are warm, friendly and very helpful. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Couldn’t fault this hotel. Will definitely return
