First of all I would like to thank the following staffs who were outstanding and really welcoming: Ishfaq, Sharrif, Usama, etc...I forgot all names but all of them did very good.
Food was good and service was always attended to promptly.

You could choose what you wanted for breakfast, and it was always homemade and delicious. We also had the option to order lunch and dinner, which were just as tasty and thoughtfully prepared. The hotel is located close to Zero Bridge. The area, like the rest of the city, is quite busy with traffic. The hotel owner, Mr. Ilham Husain Bhat, and his family took care of us in the kindest way—helping with sightseeing tips, arranging reliable taxis, and always being there when we needed anything. Mr. Bhat is a truly warm and helpful person, and his whole family made us feel like part of theirs. Staying at Hotel Ikraam Inn was a special experience for us, and we warmly recommend it to anyone visiting Srinagar.

Both brothers (Nasir bhai and Amir bhai) were very helpfull, decent and caring as well, it was a pleasant staying experience of 4 days for me and my wife.
Hot water, Hot cofee, Hot tea always reached within 10 mins after ordering that was an excellent service provided by them as well.
Food was also affordable and delicious, Geyser and bed heater service was also impressive in such low electric region, which is also appreciable.
They also used to book cabs for us at reasonable rate.
Overall highly appreciable service provided by them, which is really speechless.
I will definitely refer my friends and families to stay at HB New world.

The staff were courteous and helpful at all times. The room was nice with comfortable bed and housekeeping was excellent. Food was amazing at the restaurant which has a great view. This is going to be our favourite hotel here in Srinagar.

Set in the tranquil Nigeen Lake, New Jacqueline Heritage Houseboat (NJHH) is a true gem in Srinagar. This property is very clean, well maintained, and beautifully adorned with traditional Kashmiri interiors. We were treated to great hospitality by the owner, Mr. Maqsood his son Sami and their entire team. Special mention to Muneer for taking good care of us and our needs during our stay. We are vegetarians, and the food served was to our liking. The views from the deck area are beautiful. I would recommend visitors to spend atleast 2 nights to soak in the experience. We will definitely visit this property again.
P.S, If you get an opportunity to visit the houseboat owner Mr. Maqsood's residence, pls do visit to look at his collection of Kashmiri pashmina shawls, carpets, clothes, etc. which can be purchased a trip souvenir.
