The staff was amazing! When I arrived, I got a feeling from them that were waiting for me all their lives 🤣 really so friendly and helpful!!! Everyone starting from the driver to receptionists, house keeping / cleaning and waiters and kitchen staff ❤️ Food was unbelievably good! Rooms were clean. I loved the shampoo in the rooms, best choice!

The staff was amazing and catered to all of our requests. Everyone from the security and reception staff to the trainer at the gym/recreation center was friendly. Miss Rajeswari Menon made us feel very welcome and remembered our plans and offered advice and help as well. The food was delicious and the all day dining and room service is very convenient. The rooms were very well designed and fully stocked with everything we'd need.

I had my family from Poland visiting India for our wedding, and had all my stay booked in Accord. To be honest, they made us feel Home! The hospitality was really amazing from the staffs - Valentine Reshma and Vinodhini. My in-laws still text me how they miss them. Everything was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The staff is really nice, polite and helpful. We are very grateful that they let us checked in early. When we requested something they arranged it immediately. Breakfast was delicious, there is a lot of variety of food to choose from. This stay was just what we needed after long travel across India.
