Our stay was for 5 nights, and everything was absolutely amazing. I must highlight Mrs. Queenie at the reception. I travel a lot, and people like her are the ones you want to meet all the time :-) She was extremely helpful with everything and her approach was excellent. The rooms had a beautiful view, and the pool as well. I have been to Hong Kong 8 times, and this was my best stay. In my opinion, it is currently the best hotel in Hong Kong in terms of price/performance ratio. Thanks again for everything, we will definitely come back!!!! David with family

The location was excellent as well as the shuttle bus service that was offered. The cleaning staff were very efficient and friendly especially the woman who cleaned our room during our stay, Lin Shi Ling who provided us with bottles of water daily and gave us a lovely postcard with a message as a reminder of our stay in Hong Kong. We thought this was a lovely gesture and appreciate the thought. We would definitely stay in this hotel again the next time we return to Hong Kong.

It's located at a very good place Someone said it's not, but it has two ferry stations that can connect to North Point and Central . This can save time and give another experience to us. It is also near to Whampoa that has some convenient facilities such as a big supermarket and so on. I will stay at this hotel when I come to Hong Kong again. Ah, the room is also big, and breakfast is also not bad.

Hotel was modern and super clean. The amenities were great especially we loved shower and drinking water purifiers in the room. The location was the best, safe and very close to the Temple Street Night Market and Jordan station (5 mins walk). Famous restaurants and dessert cafes are near by. I highly recommended to stay here and would love to come back again.

The location is really nice; it's close to a metro station, shops, and cafes. The bed is firm but not hard, just the way we love it. The shower is big and the water pressure is really good. The room is small but well decorated with really big window.
