Absolutely everything. I needed to get away for a while. I decided at the last minute and made the reservation. The staff was very accommodating and very helpful getting me sorted out with the room, with a late meal and even let me swim all night. The pool is small, but well attended and enough for a hotel of that size (next door is the Tesano sports club for those that might want a larger pool or some other recreation)

I do not think we could have found a better place to stay in Accra. Emilia, Eric, and all the team at Charis Home Services looked after us so well, making sure that we had everything that we needed so that we could go about our long, long days of work while we were in Ghana. They showed such care for us - from speaking with the taxi driver from the hotel who could not find the road and then coming out to meet us, home-cooked breakfasts with local porridge, eggs, and fresh fruit, advice about travelling, areas we should visit, gifts we should give, to making sure we were home safely each day. On our final day one of our interviewees asked us where we were staying, and we told her. She said "I've never heard of it. I hope that means it is one of the little home places, they are the absolute best places to stay in Accra. They are so much better than the big hotels". We couldn't agree more. We had such a lovely time in Accra, even though we were there on business and not for fun. We wholeheartedly recommend Charis Home Services.

The Lennox is at most 10mins from the airport. Check-in was super straightforward and easy. We were met at reception by Raymond who was really kind and welcoming. He took us through the details of the studio and showed us how things worked. The studio is equipped with everything you need for a long term stay (kitchen utensils, crockery, etc). It was clean, neat and very well prepared for us. Check-out was also super easy.
