Clean, beds are so comfortable. Great quality everything is the room. Fine wibe! Personnel relaxed and easy and so helpful. Great location, close to everything cool. Quite new hotel. Kitchen excellent 👍. Breakfast so reach in everything! We lost out wallet and the personnel found it and returned it all safe to us, that was so incredible, and it was our wedding day. So, I really loved it! Thank you so much 😊 really recommend!!!

This place is just perfect if you are traveling and working at the same time. The room is super clean and bed is comfortable. even if you have a upper bed there are stairs to climb up so won’t bother you. The bathroom is clean as well. The common area is just perfect when you have a work to do or just chill out. Wifi works fast I didn’t have any problem or stress even I use quit heavy software. There’s also a little garden to refresh yourself. And at last , more importantly, the owner is super friendly and helpful!

Lovely place with unique atmosphere. The host has made us feel at home!
2nd floor has been renovated recently, room was really nice and comfortable. Breakfast is not too complex, but is really tasty and fresh. We loved the home made cake.
Despite our early departure, the host thoughtfully prepared a cake for us to enjoy before we left ❤️

A pleasure staying at Sani Hotel in Tbilisi - it exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect for the city, a short walk from Rustaveli and the vibrant city centre.
The hotel itself is a charming oasis where you feel away from the city with a beautiful garden. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and nicely furnished, offering lovely views.
The hotel staff are exceptional, we received a lovely warm welcome at check-in and they were attentive to our needs and the service provided throughout my stay. 
The breakfast was also a highlight—delicious and satisfying, providing a great start to each day.
I highly recommend Sani Hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, this hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience and Georgian hospitality.
