Casa Marguerite is definitely a pearl of Nice, such a special place which feels like home away from home. Great location, you can get to the beach and the city center in 10-15 minutes by tram. Quiet and peaceful area, nearby several bars where you can have breakfast or lunch. Close to the shops and the local market with vegetables and fruits. Very close to the train station, from where you can go to Cannes or Monaco. The apartment has everything you need, it's clean and comfortable. The owner is very nice and helpful.
