How far it was from the sea, just cross the road and you are there! The balcony views, the sea, Nice and beautiful gardens from a large spacious balcony. The facilities provided, everything you could need, an umbrella and raincoat, a beach umbrella and bag, to washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. Fresh white bedding and towels. Comfortable beds. Different coffee machines! And lots of everything for cooking and eating! A host who wants to show you all the amenities and how they work.The tram service on your doorstep, frequent all day until late and great value. Two supermarkets within walking distance, as well as boulangeries and other useful shops. Air conditioning was excellent. We had a wonderful family stay and would certainly return.

We spent a great week in Nice at this apartment. It’s spacious, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Good location — you can walk to the city center along the beautiful promenade or take the tram, with a stop close to the apartment.
Big thanks to Aziza and her husband for their warm hospitality. They even offered us a cheaper and more convenient transfer from the airport, which we really appreciated.
We highly recommend this place and would love to return!

Location was amazing . . . .right on the beach, restaurants nearby, tram and busses within 5 min walk. Our host was amazing! Would highly recommend this as a home-base for visit to Cote d'Azur. From here, we easily traveled to Eze, Villefranche, Cap-Ferat and Menton.
Beach chairs are available to enjoy sunbathing on the beach, kitchen was very well equipped. Large dining/living room, bedroom and balcony with a beautiful view.
Douceur d'Azur, a property with a garden, is set in Nice, 4.2 km from Nice-Ville Train Station, 4.8 km from Avenue Jean Medecin, as well as 6 km from MAMAC.

Very nice and convenient accommodation near the beach, shop, boulangerie, tram platform, which takes you to the airport in 15 minutes and to the city center in 30 minutes. The owner was very kind and helpful. A very pleasant terrace for relaxing. There is nothing to complain about.

The apartment is complete. There is everything you (+ 1) need for stay for a week or more. The proximity to the beach (only 170 m / 0.10 mile) is the highlight of the rental. There is a Boulangerie (Bakery) and a Carrefour on the corner, and a lot of supermarkets and restaurants on Av. de la Californie / Promenade des Anglais. We definitely stay here again. I just would like to suggest to the apartment administrators that you leave a parasol or sunshade or umbrella, available to guests in the summer. It would be nice
