A very special thank you to *Coach Mahmoud Noaman*, the amazing swimming trainer who taught me how to swim during my stay. His kind and professional training made me feel safe and confident — I’ll never forget it. Thanks to this wonderful team, my vacation was truly perfect. We recently stayed at Sunrise Alora Aqua Park Resort as a couple, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.​ A special thank you to Mr. Omar at reception, whose professionalism and kindness truly stood out. He graciously upgraded our room and accommodated a late checkout, making our stay even more enjoyable.​ The resort itself is immaculate, with beautifully maintained grounds and a variety of amenities. We particularly enjoyed the diverse dining options and the relaxing atmosphere.​ The animation team was fantastic—super energetic and friendly. Absolutely great, modern apartment with all the facilities we needed! Location was also spot on, walking distance to the shops, restaurants, cafes and bakery. Apartment was on the first floor with a balcony with great view to the pool and the beach which was within 2min distance and had private restaurant/bar with friendly staff and free sunbeds and umbrellas. The beach was kept very clean and safe, water was very clean and had amazing lazur colour we did not expect! And last but not least - our host was really cool 👌🏼 We have contact through Whatsupp, got any information we asked for regarding recommended places to visit, organised trips, water sports, restaurants. He was keen to help any time and wanted to make sure our stay here is doing well. We had really great time, highly recommended! Ps. You can get easily from here to Orange Bay, Paradise Island, waterparks or try parasailing or quad riding on the desert, these places are really cool!

I stayed at this hotel with my child, and we had an amazing experience! The hotel felt very safe, with friendly and always-smiling staff and security present at all times, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. One of the highlights for us was the children's playground right by the beach — my kid absolutely loved it and spent hours playing there. The entertainment team was also fantastic, constantly organizing fun shows and daytime activities for the children. They were energetic, caring, and truly great with kids. The room was new, clean, and nicely decorated, providing a comfortable space for us to relax. The food was also good, with a nice variety to choose from. Overall, this is a great place for families, and we’re definitely looking forward to coming back again. Highly recommended!

The apartment is truly on the level of 5 star hotel accommodation, the furniture is new and clean, the appliances are all new and working perfectly, kitchen utensils are available to cover most cooking needs, the host was also kind enough to stock the bathrooms with soap and towels and the kitchen with tea and sugar, the host was also very courteous and polite, the beds and sheets were very clean as well, the environment is also quiet which is a plus, i would definitely like to come again
