I was only there for one night, and i wish i could have stayed longer. I will for sure be back. It was a very nice and comfortable super cute apartment. Almost wanted it to be my own apartment.

Great for the price, we realy liked that we could use a microwave and a kettle in the shared space. We also enjoyed the garden. Very quite, more of an industrial neighbourhood but worked perfect for us since we were only visiting for a concert. There is a Lidl store near by - 10 minutes walk. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Easy check out and online check in.

Host appears to have a quirky personality making getting the key a mini mystery tour. Fortunately the lock box was unlocked as we never found the red candle behind the box near the frog statue … which was were we should have found the code for the lockbox. Finding the key grew bothersome quite quickly after travelling all day.

Generally, almost everything was perfect or close to perfect. The staff was helpful. The room was perfectly clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was diverse and tasty. There is an underground parking but reservations are not possible. The price for the parking (12 euro in September 2023) looks fair, especially in comparison to other hotels and cities. The hotel is not placed in the center of Munich, but it's very close to the metro. Moreover, not being in the center means it's also quiet. Last but not least, the hotel is elegant and nicely decorated. All in all, fully recommended, I'll definitely choose this hotel again in the future, when I come back to Munich.

If you are looking to be in the centre of town and within walking distance to most of attractions, then Hotel Deutsche Eiche is for you! My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and loved it. The highlights were location, while close to everything it’s in a quiet street so no sleep issues. The free mini bar is amazing! What a great idea, topped up each day it was awesome to come home and crack a beer. The rooms are large and well equipped, the shower is wonderful with lots of water pressure. The hotel has easy access to the trams and trains. There is a restaurant at the hotel and lots of cafes, bars and supermarkets close by. We also found a laundromat a 10 minute walk away which was cheap and good. An all round great place to stay!

Munich was just supposed to be a change of flights but when Lufthansa cancelled the flight home and greeted us with armed police instead of extra customer service personnel before frankly just closing the doors we had a desperate search of room for the night. I would describe the room as a modern high class design. Everything was clean and of good quality. Espresso machine and minibar in the room. Very quiet. Window facing the car museum/sales hall with a flashing sign which was a bit disturbing but easily solved by shutting the shades. If you are into sport cars you are going to love the display of old and new luxury automobiles. This was open all night to guests.. Good cooked breakfast.
