It’s well located, but the numbering on Bishan road is all over the place, so it took us a while to find it. Once we got there, the environment is tranquil and the view of the 3rd level is stunning. The breakfast is extremely good. Home cooked congee with fresh fruit.

The hotel service was excellent, and it was very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of breakfast options, and we could enjoy a sea view while dining, which made the experience even more enjoyable. On the last day, I got food poisoning and needed to go to the pharmacy for medicine. The gentleman at the front desk, worried that we might have trouble as we were unfamiliar with the area, kindly offered to take us to a nearby pharmacy. His service attitude was exceptional—I’m really grateful to him.

This is my first time stayed with Waldorf hotel,the location is good,the neighborhood easy to walk around,many restaurants can choose, the staff are the best. We enjoyed it very much,next time we will visit again. The chef of Brasserie one is excellent, He takes care of us so kindly and warm, Waldorf is perfect for travelers.
