Cosy, welcoming ambience. Great food. Friendly, helpful staff. Delightful owner who took the time and trouble to meet up with us and even packed up a couple of packets of delicious peanuts to take with us on our train journey to Kunming. Loved the location - it was near the ancient town of Shuhe and a pretty park area where we spent a great couple of hours.

The minimalist design and beautiful decor create an inviting atmosphere. The inn, nestled among lush trees, provides a tranquil environment that enhances relaxation. We visited My Love Inn as a couple and were profoundly impressed by the unparalleled hospitality of the personable owner and her exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived, their warmth made us feel completely at home. Every interaction was marked by genuine care and attention to detail. The owner's passion and personable touch were evident in every aspect of our stay, ensuring an exceptional experience. The highlight of our stay was the captivating Chinese tea ceremony. We were so intrigued that we canceled our tour to join the lesson offered by the beautiful tea master. She shared her profound knowledge and passion, deepening our appreciation for the connection between tea, health, and mindfulness. Her explanations and enthusiasm transformed the tea ceremony into an enriching and unforgettable experience. Breakfast at My Love Inn was delightful. Each morning, we enjoyed a beautifully presented, delicious, and nutritious breakfast. The selection included fresh, local ingredients, thoughtfully prepared to highlight regional flavors. We were also grateful for the owner's gracious invitation to lunch, accompanied by the lovely and friendly staff, which added depth to our visit. The meals, enjoyed in a serene setting, further enhanced our well-being. The combination of exquisite cuisine, exceptional service, and cultural immersion made our stay truly memorable. This is one of the best experiences we've ever had, leaving us with cherished memories and a strong eagerness to return.

The nicest place I have been in China. The family is just adorable. You will feel like home. If you want to meet Chinese locals that is THE place to go. They will be happy to help, answer your questions and do their best to provide you with your needs. They speak perfect English. The room is huge and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable, shower hot, and the location can't be better. Downtown, no cars around, but shops/ cafe/food at a walking distance. Don't miss it!

The homestay enjoys a prime location, near the South Gate of Shuhe Ancient Town, with convenient transportation and a beautiful surrounding environment. The room environment is exactly to my liking, and it offers extremely high - cost performance. Both the service and facilities exceeded my expectations. The housekeeper warmly entertained us, was responsive to all requests and answered all questions, making us feel at home. There is a private parking lot, free charging piles, and a laundry room. There is an elevator on all four floors. The young men and women at the inn greet us warmly when we enter and leave, and they help us make travel plans to avoid tourist traps. The environment of the store is simply breathtaking. The stay experience was wonderful, and I highly recommend it!

From arranging a private airport transfer to carrying my luggage to my room, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. "Comfortable and Charming Rooms" My Queen Room with Terrace was a serene oasis, complete with a charming outdoor pool and a secluded garden perfect for workouts or relaxation. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept more soundly than I have in months! "Amenities and Services" I appreciated the complimentary Chinese Tea Appreciation session, which was a lovely welcome ritual. The staff kept me connected via WeChat, responding promptly to my queries and requests all through my stay. "A Captivating Retreat" Sky Cloud Hotel is a true gem in Lijiang Ancient Town. With its unique blend of antiquated charm, modern comforts, and warm hospitality, it's the perfect haven for travelers seeking a peaceful and enriching experience. I'm already looking forward to my next stay!

The place is charming, located in the heart of the historic city center, yet sufficiently tucked away to avoid the noise of the crowds. the yard filled with relaxing atmosphere. The manager Joye is good knowledge of the English language, finding the best solutions for exploring the surroundings, it's a perfect place to spend some vacation days here.
