All three exceeded my expectations. Staff super friendly and helpful. Grateful for early check-in, having arrived from eastern Canada, in transit > 39 hrs. Also appreciated welcoming email messages prior to arrival.

Great to have access to a fully fitted gym rather than a half fitness centre that most other accommodation provides. The roof terrace looked like a lovely spot to hang out on but unfortunately weather rainy for me. Access was simple after reception was closed. Great coffee nearby

The backyard became my favourite spot at the hostel. With a stunning view of the Harbour Bridge, it was the perfect place to unwind and take in the scenery.

I stayed with receptionist Ginny, and it was my best experience in Sydney since I stayed in Urban Nomad. She helped me to carry luggage to my room and gave me some food to share🥹. I even extended my stay there!

Truly the most wonderful staff I've ever met in a hotel, and as a frequent business traveler that's saying something. The hotel got recently renovated, which means everything is looking great with brand new carpets, furniture and a fresh lick of paint. It's also located in a buzzing area and just a short walk away from the navy harbor or botanical gardens.
We have more than 70 million property reviews, and they're all from real, verified guests.
