Hotel decoration is beautiful. Staff are all very nice and helpful. Breakfast is wonderful. Located in convenient area. Very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend this hotel.

A highlight of my stay was the 12th-floor restaurant and the pool/spa area—absolute perfection after a long day of exploring the city. The bar’s cocktails? El Kim Hotel está situado en la zona mochilera de Pham Ngu Lao - calle Bui Vien, a solo 5 minutos en auto del mercado de Ben Thanh. Very nice and friendly staff. Great location, just a few steps from the main party street, but still quiet and comfortable. Rooms were clean and spacious, looked even better than on photos. Clean towels were provided every day. Great value for the money.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were taken care of every step of the way. Our butler was Lynh, and she's was unbelievable amazing throughout every moment of our trip. This was our first trip to Vietnam and she made it such an amazing experience. We were able to count on her to setup everything for us from bookings, to coordinating and more. They're lucky to have her!

Very good experience, family owned and truly interested in our comfort and satisfaction. Owner was on desk in morning and even called the tour company we were meeting and made arrangements to get picked up at hotel.
